Over time I am looking to develop a complete (and comprehensive) set of documentation, both for clients and internally. Below is a selection of Work in Progress.
Production Process:
Managing a web team of 5+, covering both task and resource allocation.
- Product Process overview (Powerpoint .ppt, 288K)

- Production Schedule (Excel .xls, 26K)
Project Briefing & Management:
The initial briefing for clients and change requests for the web team. Final documentation will be modular, enabling selection of different components as per the requirements of the project.
QA Process:
Methodology, checklist for publication of each page and templates to track changes with clients and internally.
