My input was with the Optus Business Team managing the portal and digital experience for B2B customers:
- Product and delivery roadmap review including prioritisation recommendation
- Leadership of agile delivery planning, including product backlog prioritisation and estimation
- UX consultancy including review, recommendations and planning for major portal refresh
- Consultancy to major strategic project and integration with team roadmap
