Promoted from my previous position, in this role I facilitated development and maintenance of a common project delivery framework, intranet, toolset and training materials for a portfolio of $800 million per year, and a project community of over 3,000 users.

Selected Accomplishments:

  • Facilitated development of a project delivery framework (aligned to PMBOK®) to standardise practices across the community and improve cross-functional collaboration:
    • “Projects.CBA” intranet – strategy, information architecture & design, team direction, usability testing, functional specifications
    • End-to-end ownership and facilitation of methodology and process
    • Stakeholder management of Project Management Offices (PMOs)
  • Redesigned training material for Project Managers, Project Team Members and general onboarding, with design rated 4.5 out of 5 by 400+ attendees
  • Managed rebuild of Project Management Online Skills Assessment (working with Project Performance Group) to improve the user experience for 1,200+ users:
    • User interface redesign
    • Front-end coding
    • Redevelopment of internal operations and communications approach
