Initially a contract position managing intranet and documentation resources for Software and Online Testing, but expanded role to focus on standards for online testing (see below) and redevelopment of the project management intranet for the Retail Bank.
Promoted to current position in September 2006 to facilitate a common, bank-wide project management methodology aligned to industry (Project Managament Institute) best practice. This includes leading a small team to develop a bank-wide project management intranet, Projects.CBA.
Projects:
- Strategy, Planning, Information Architecture, Design and coding for key intranets, compliant to WAI level 3 and developed using a table-free layout:
- Management of project to create a common methodology across the bank
- Creation of online guidelines covering usability, accessibility, web standards and browser testing
- Implementation of knowledge management system (Documentum) across Testing & Assurance, including training
