The brief:
In 2001, Monster.com planned to replace "Recruiter Office" with functionality covering all jobs and HR activity. To succeed, implementation had to be effective worldwide.
What I did:
- Technical project manager for Asia Pacific.
- Leader of CMS review to support application.
- Developed new processes for Client Services worldwide.
- Content localisation.
- Integration with Career Site Hosting product (used by BHP Billiton, Peninsula Hotels and Cathay Pacific)
The result:
Office HQ launched in early 2002, with a smooth progression for all Asia Pacific clients. Feedback was extremely positive both within Monster and externally.
