Fresca – Process


The brief:

Fresca’s design and development team had grown organically to a team of 5, and needed process put in place to manage workflow effectively.

What I did:

  • Rationalisation of the Production Process overall.
  • Implementation of WIP Sheet and Production Schedule.
  • Creation of standard documentation eg. briefs, change templates, QA checklists.

The result:

Workflow for the design and development team was made much more efficient, with staff able to check off work on a task basis, which in turn increased turnaround times.

Standard documentation meant that information flows were more consistent, enabling better communication and understanding both within Fresca and with clients.
